Tesofensine

The Triple Reuptake Inhibitor

Tesofensine is a serotonin-noradrenaline-dopamine reuptake inhibitor originally developed for Alzheimers and Parkinsons disease. During clinical trials, it was found to produce dramatic weight loss — up to 12.8% body weight in Phase II trials — making it one of the most potent weight loss compounds studied. It works by powerfully suppressing appetite and boosting metabolic rate.
